Training Videos on the Internet
The most extensive collection of training videos is located at, no surprise, YouTube. Literally thousands of good (and bad) free amateur videos on all manner of Mac and iPad/iPhone subjects with good search capabilities should make YouTube your first choice for almost any subject.

I have discovered a series of excellent 'How To' Videos on-line that Mac and PC users, both beginners and experienced, will find useful at Tech Talk America. They are produced by David A. Cox, a Computer Instruction professional, who is migrating all his videos over to YouTube as he is ad supported there.

I would recommend Mac users start with some of his his Favorites that you can find with the Search Window on his home page - Catalina, iOS13, iPhone, iPad, Pages, Photos, etc. There are many, many videos with new ones being released regularly. You can sign up on YouTube or his website to receive notice of the new videos as they are produced. Try It!

A local resource here in Palm Desert is iCreative, an Apple certified training facility. The owner, Jonathan Gorman, has started posting some of his many instructional videos to YouTube and we hope to see this trend continue. They can be found on his site on YouTube. Visit their website for even more information.

A similar English video resource is called ScreenCasts On Line and they focus mainly on Apple products. They are $ 7-8 per month and you can cancel anytime. See samples of their videos and the lovely British accents at: www.screencastsonline.com

A new source for videos was introduced to me this past summer and I immediately signed up for them at TheMacU.com - again some free and the rest available for a low $30 annual fee, less a 50% discount for being a RMUG member! Use the code RMUG when you sign up for the discount. But first, try their free seven day membership to see if it works for you at https://themacu.com
